CONDITIONS FOR REPRODUCTION/PUBLICATION
1. WRITTEN PERMISSION to reproduce/publish photographic images MUST BE SECURED FROM THE LOS ALAMOS HISTORICAL MUSEUM. Permission is granted for ONE TIME USE ONLY.
2. Photographic reproductions should be made as faithful and accurate to the original as possible. Requests for adjustments such as cropping, overprinting or bleeding the page edge must be made in writing. Details must be identified as such. Electronically altering scanned copies of our images with software is prohibited.
3. CREDIT LINE. Proper credit line is MANDATORY. Unless otherwise specified, all reproductions must be credited as follows: Name of photographer (if known) Courtesy Los Alamos Historical Museum Photo Archives.
4. Publishers shall furnish the Los Alamos Historical Museum WITHOUT CHARGE one (1) copy of each publication or book in which the museum's images appear.
5. The Los Alamos Historical Museum gives no exclusive rights to any publisher, author or photographer and assumes no responsibility for duplication of subjects by others and no responsibility for claims by third parties.
6. Payment must be made in US dollars at the time of publication. Checks should be made payable to the Los Alamos Historical Society and mailed to:
